Daniel commenced his employment as Chief Executive Officer on Monday, May 25th. He joins MNBC from BC Care Providers Association, where he served as Chief Executive Officer since 2013.
Daniel has more than 15 years of senior management experience in public relations and governmental affairs, including serving as Chief of Staff to Mayor of Vancouver, Sam Sullivan.

Previously, Daniel was Chief Public Affairs Officer for Mitacs, a non-profit organization that links industries and post-secondary institutions to advance relevant industry research, from 2008-2012. Daniel was also employed as Director of Communications for 2010 Legacies Now, a non-profit organization that created lasting social legacies from the infrastructure and funding provided through the 2010 Vancouver Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, from 2004-2005.
Daniel received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies from the University of Manitoba, and a Communications Certificate in Media Writing and Public Relations from Langara College.
