The Vice President & General Manager, Americas (VP) reports to the CEO (based in Vancouver, Canada) and is responsible for driving the region’s achievement of customer acquisition, delivery and revenue goals.  The VP owns the direction and management of all new business sales as well as project delivery and is responsible for continually strengthening customer satisfaction to match the rapid evolution of Appnovation in the marketplace.  This position will have a significant impact on the success of the company, and will have extensive interaction with other senior executives, providing input into strategic decisions such as customer prioritization, delivery and positioning for the North American region.

The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 8 years of related senior sales leadership and/or business development experience within a national, North American or global sales environment where technology solutions are provided. A background leading a geographically dispersed team of business development and project delivery resources is essential. Besides this, candidates will have a strategic leadership orientation with highly developed communication skills, presentation skills, relationship development abilities, and a proven track record in exceeding objectives in new account development, gross margin, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

The candidate will possess the intellectual capacity to deal with complex solutions, have the willingness to take on a significant travel schedule, and the personal drive and passion to achieve continued growth with Global 5000 clients. The VP will speak French fluently and thrives in an entrepreneurial and innovative work environment.
