Vice President, Systems and Operations – People & Talent

Reporting to the Managing Directors and Co-Heads, People & Talent, the Vice President, Systems and Operations – People & Talent (VP, S&O) will oversee the People & Talent Operations group, which includes Global Payroll and Benefits, Retirement and Savings Plans, Payroll Accounting, and Analytics. Partnering closely with other members of BentallGreenOak’s People & Talent Team, the VP, S&O will support a strategic vision for the People & Talent Operations group and implement that vision throughout the organisation, ensuring the effective management and execution of all aspects related to People & Talent Systems and Operations.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, change-oriented strategic thinker with the ability to contribute at both a strategic and operational level. Bringing 8+ years of progressively more senior experience with responsibilities including leading teams and working with senior leaders, they will bring outstanding communication and organizational skills and will possess demonstrated experience leading the systems and operations side of HR, inclusive of payroll, benefits, and pension program management. The VP, S&O will possess strong business acumen, project management skills, and the ability to drive strategic systems and operations solutions that are aligned with the organisation’s culture, strategies, and vision.
