An exceptional opportunity exists to join an outstanding team of real estate professionals. The Vice President, Portfolio Management will be responsible for the asset management of an income producing portfolio of industrial, office, retail, and multi-family assets, including development projects, all based predominantly in the GTA. The VP is directly responsible for overseeing the strategic and financial performance of the properties in the portfolio and is expected to maximize returns for the assets under their control. Maintaining strong working relationships internally, as well as with operating and ownership partners, while ensuring fiduciary responsibilities are met, will be essential to success. To achieve this, the successful candidate will make recommendations with respect to asset strategy and will lead the implementation of best-in-class sustainability and initiatives.
