As DP World Canada continues its significant growth trajectory, the organization requires a highly driven and energetic professional to take a lead role in environmental management for this tremendously entrepreneurial supply chain and logistics leader.  The Environment Manager is responsible for implementing an environmental management program while optimizing current environmental and sustainability practices. As the subject matter expert, the incumbent will provide technical advice regarding business practices related to environmental programs and lead teams to ensure that environmental issues are assessed, managed and understood throughout business units. Additionally, this role will provide assurance to DP World Group Environmental and Sustainability Standards and Governance. This position covers Canada; therefore 30% travel will be required in the role.

The ideal candidate brings an outstanding track record of building and implementing environmental management systems and programs within a large, complex and multi-faceted company. The incumbent will be driven by excellence and best practices which they will foster and enable technically and culturally, across the organization. Experience in the marine, heavy industrial or related industries is key, as is working collaboratively with a unionized workforce.
