With a spotlight on the movement of commodities brighter than ever, Fibreco continues to evolve its terminal operations to adapt to customer needs. Working alongside the Operations Superintendents, the Assistant Operations & Logistics Superintendent plays a key role in coordinating terminal operations and logistics, including railcar coordination, truck scheduling, and bulk vessel loading operations. The Assistant Operations & Logistics Superintendent helps to ensure safe, efficient, and well-coordinated terminal planning and operations.
The successful candidate will bring experience coordinating rail, vessel, and terminal activities while working closely with customers, railways, and marine stakeholders in a fast-paced port environment. The ideal candidate has worked collaboratively within port terminals, rail logistics, marine operations or bulk material handling and is looking to grow into an operational leadership role.
The targeted salary range for this position is $115,000 – $135,000 annually, supplemented by a competitive total rewards package.
