Glenmore Custom Print + Packaging is a leading, family-owned and operated manufacturer specializing in high-end, custom print and packaging solutions for successful brands across North America. Since 1981, we’ve built a reputation as the premier producer of specialized products like folding cartons, custom labels, and printed tubes.
The Vice President, Operations (Vice President) is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of approximately half of the 100 employees across the organization, ensuring the company’s continued growth, profitability, and success. This involves actively managing day-to-day operations at the plant.
Reporting directly to the President/Owner, and taking a hands-on approach, the Vice President will utilize metrics to monitor organizational progress, ensuring the company remains on track, is positioned for growth and expansion, while upholding its core values. The Vice President will execute the organization’s strategies, exceed customer objectives, develop and implement necessary policies and procedures, and ultimately ensure the smooth and efficient production at the facility. Working closely with the Owner and rest of the senior management team, the Vice President will utilize the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) methodology to integrate a unified vision, establish a clear accountability structure, and implement a set of proven processes across all operations departments, ensuring clarity, discipline, and sustained efficiency.

They must excel at building and maintaining key client and partner relationships, ensuring the organization remains competitive and customer-focused with a belief that a high-touch customer experience is paramount.
