The Executive Vice President, Marketing (EVP) provides strategic leadership in Marketing, Product Development, Online/Digital, Brand and Customer Analytics to achieve LGM’s long-term Vision of “…revolutionizing the consumer ownership experience”, while driving the strategic goals of Employee Engagement, Service Excellence, Profitable Growth and Corporate Responsibility. Operational responsibilities include overseeing the Marketing Team consisting of creative services, web development, brand management, product development, marketing services, market research, customer data analytics, and digital sales.  The Marketing Team works closely with all areas of the business particularly Dealer Sales, OEM Business Development, Dealer Training, Software Development/Technology, Finance/Actuaries, and Claims Teams to achieve the organization’s common business objectives.

The EVP will be an expert organizational leader who architects strategy and programs to gain momentum and create sustained long-term impact and organizational success in a highly competitive environment.  He/she will drive organizational culture, develop leadership strength and continuously stretch the organization in a humble, yet intentional manner, towards the achievement of a long term audacious vision.

The EVP should thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment that constantly pushes the boundaries of quality, innovation, speed and value consciousness.  He/she should also possess exceptional abilities to develop and lead people by achieving respect and inspiring rather than directing. A passionate and creative individual, the EVP will have a proven track record of strategic planning, project management, anticipating demands for product features, and balancing profitability with true value to the customer. Insurance and/or warranty experience is preferred.
