The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) provides strategic and operational leadership to drive the continued growth and long-term success of Master Care Janitorial. Reporting to the shareholders, the CEO is responsible for shaping the company’s vision and executing a clear roadmap for national expansion. This role oversees all aspects of the business, with a particular focus on franchisee success, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. The CEO represents the brand to clients, franchisees, stakeholders, and the broader industry, while fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and shared success. By aligning operational processes with long-term strategic goals, the CEO strengthens Master Care’s market presence and positions the organization for continued scale.

The targeted salary range for this position is $150,000 annually, supplemented by a competitive total rewards package.
