Working with your Associate Vice Presidents and Directors, you will see the big picture and ensure that all of your groups are aligned with the University’s strategic plan, Shaping UBC’s Next Century. Adept and experienced at government relations, you will show a strategic and collaborative approach to partnership with Federal, Provincial, Municipal and First Nations governments. Skilled in communications, marketing and issues management, you will demonstrate passion and be an advocate for the learning and research mission of the University. You will bring practiced expertise to planning, budgeting and policy development. In addition to an advanced university degree, you have experience bringing positive change to a large, multi-faceted portfolio.

The targeted salary range for this position is $290,000 – $350,000 annually, supplemented by a competitive total rewards package.
