Vice President, People Solutions

The Vice President, People Solutions (VP) reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Enterprise Services and is responsible for developing and executing on the People strategies and leading People programs and services to empower the employees of Vancity to continue to create systematic social and environmental change in the communities where they live and work. The VP will lead, mentor and support a team of dedicated staff who will embody the values, believe in the vision, and enact transformational work throughout the organization, so that evolving member needs as well as employee needs are anticipated and the business can achieve its transformational 2020 business plan. The VP will work closely with the senior and Executive Leadership Team, contributing to the business strategy, challenging traditional ways of operating, supporting omni-channel service delivery, and executing on decisions of the Board of Directors.
