Wesgroup is poised for significant growth over the next several years and in preparation for this exciting and challenging phase, they are actively seeking a seasoned, innovative, and highly engaged Senior Director, Information Technology to join the team.
In this newly created role the Senior Director, Information Technology provides strategic technology and business innovation leadership and sets the IT vision for Wesgroup Properties. The Senior Director is responsible for furthering the strategic objectives of the organization through overseeing IT Operations, Business Optimization, and Business Applications as well as developing the enterprise architecture framework and governance that will support Wesgroup’s aggressive growth plans. Reporting directly to the CFO/COO, the successful candidate works collaboratively with the executive and operational leadership teams to deliver on this mandate.
The ideal candidate is an IT professional with strategic agility, change management, project management and people leadership skills who has a reputation for enabling solutions to meet the goals of a service driven organization. An ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals to higher levels of achievement while moving forward on organization-wide initiatives will be key to this individual’s success. Working closely with the executive team, the new Senior Director, IT will understand how to enable the business to transform digitally while thinking innovatively about where real estate is headed in the future.
