Jeff Strickland – Director, Human Resources – Conair Group Ltd

PFM Executive Search is excited to announce that Jeff Strickland has accepted the role of Director, Human Resources with Conair Group Ltd, effective May 15th, 2023.

Jeff is a dedicated Business Operations & Human Resources leader with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and business growth. He comes to Conair from the Pacific National Exhibition (PNE), where he served as their Vice President, Operations for many years. He has previously held the Vice President, Human Resources role with PNE, as well as the Director, Human Resources role with the Great Canadian Gaming Corporation. At PNE, Jeff worked to create new business opportunities and execute strategies while building strong relationships with his team and stakeholders alike.

30 years ago, PFM Executive Search was formed with the vision of creating an executive search firm that provides tailor-made executive search services to clients in the private, public and not-for-profit Sectors. Angela Chirinian – Chief Human Resources Officer – BC Securities Commission

PFM Executive Search is excited to announce that Angela Chirinian has accepted the role of Chief Human Resources Officer with the BC Securities Commission effective March 7th, 2022. Angela joined the Commission from Electronic Arts, where she was a Strategic Operations Consultant. Before that, she held senior HR roles with the Provincial Health Services Authority and the City of Vancouver. On behalf of PFM Executive Search, congratulations Angela!

Kartik Bharadwa – Vice President, People, Culture & Diversity – Capilano University

Raf Jamil – Director, Human Resources – Pacific Blue Cross

PFM Executive Search is excited to announce that on December 1st 2021, Raf Jamil will be joining Pacific Blue Cross as Director, Human Resources. In this role, Raf will play a key role in supporting PBC’s business leaders to deliver on their people strategies. In addition to developing and implementing programs to support PBC’s HR initiatives and the achievement of key performance indicators, he will be responsible for overseeing departmental planning, job evaluation, employee development, recruitment/retention and talent management/succession planning. Leading a team of Human Resources professionals, Raf will provide coaching, guidance and advice to the team and to leaders at all levels in the organization. Prior to this new role with PBC, Raf was the Director, Corporate Services with the Fraser Valley Regional District and before that he was the Associate Director, HR with the University of Saskatchewan. He has completed an MBA and the CPHR designation. On behalf of PFM Executive Search, congratulations Raf!
