Since 1898, the Health & Home Care Society of BC (Care BC) has taken care of British Columbians through healthcare initiatives tailored to the communities it serves. An independent, BC-based not-for-profit organization, Care BC continues this tradition of caring today with preventive and supportive health services that keep people healthy and in the comfort of their own homes and communities. Guided by its mission to provide health promotion and supportive care services to communities in British Columbia, Care BC’s charitable programs – Meals on Wheels, Family Respite Centre, and Community Integration Project – focus on supporting seniors, caregivers, and other people at risk of isolation.

This is a pivotal time for a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to join Care BC and support the organization as it sets a vision for the future that includes a brand new respite centre on the North Shore that’s due to open in 2025.
