Jennifer Lyle – Chief Executive Officer – Association of Neighbourhood Houses of BC

PFM Executive Search is excited to announce that Jennifer Lyle has accepted the role of Chief Executive Officer with the Association of Neighbourhood Houses of British Columbia (ANHBC) effective July 20, 2026.

Jennifer joins ANHBC from the Alzheimer Society of BC and Yukon, where she has served as CEO since 2021. She brings extensive leadership experience across the non-profit, health, and community care sectors.

A people-centred, transformational leader, Jennifer has deep experience working alongside community members to effect change. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated an ability to understand and navigate complex, challenging environments to create meaningful, positive impact. Jennifer believes strongly in the values, vision, and mission of ANHBC. Her approach focuses on working alongside teams and partners to align on collective impact, translating shared vision into clear priorities, and deepening organizational resilience.

Jennifer will lead ANHBC into a period of strategic and intentional growth, continuing to support neighbourhood houses and communities across Metro Vancouver.

Rich Harries – Chief Executive Officer – Cascadia Credit Union

As a result of a national search led by PFM Executive Search, Cascadia Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of its next CEO, Rich Harries.

Rich will succeed retiring CEO Kelly Marshall and will bring 24 years of progressive leadership experience in the credit union sector, most recently as Chief Operating Officer of Access Credit Union, where Rich led a staff of approximately 300 employees in retail banking, back office, corporate properties, commercial & agriculture segments, as well as people & culture.  In his time with Access, he also helped the organization navigate 15 successful mergers, achieving significant growth across the province of Manitoba.

Access is now 47 branches and over $14B in assets under management. The Board of Cascadia Credit Union is thrilled to have Rich joining the team.

Jake Belobaba – Director, Development Services – City of Courtenay

PFM Executive Search is excited to announce the appointment of Jake Belobaba as the Director, Development Services with the City of Courtenay.

Jake Belobaba is a municipal planning and development leader with more than 15 years of experience guiding community growth across British Columbia. He has led multidisciplinary teams in Ladysmith, Whistler, and Penticton, delivering Official Community Plans, modernizing development processes, and advancing affordable housing, reconciliation, and climate resilience initiatives.

Jake’s work has been recognized with both the PIBC Silver Award for Policy Planning and the PIBC Gold Award for Planning Practice. He is known for an evidence‑based, collaborative leadership style and a commitment to transparent, service‑focused local government.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys outdoor activities like mountain biking, hiking and gardening. Jake was born and raised on Vancouver Island in Bowser and is excited to be moving back to the region with his wife Rowena.
