The development could include a new theatre/council chamber, public library, market housing, childcare, youth resources, administrative offices and more. Possessing over 20 years of experience in community development, stakeholder engagement, and economic sustainability, Darcy brings a wealth of expertise to this transformative initiative.

Throughout his career, Darcy has successfully led economic and infrastructure initiatives, securing over $20 million in funding for community projects including cultural centres, affordable housing, and economic development programs. His expertise in navigating governance structures and building strong partnerships with municipalities, Indigenous communities, and government agencies has made him a respected leader in the field.
