Tina Walia – Director, Finance – Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC)

PFM Executive Search is pleased to announce the successful completion of the search for the Director, Finance at Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC). Congratulations to Tina Walia, CPA, who will be joining the organization on July 14th.

Tina is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience leading comprehensive finance functions, building high-performing teams, and partnering with executive leaders to drive organizational success. Her background includes public practice with Grant Thornton, as well as senior finance leadership roles with organizations including TI Corp and, most recently, Atomic Cartoons Inc. She brings expertise across full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, payroll, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.

Throughout the search process, Tina demonstrated the collaborative leadership style, strategic mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement that EGBC was seeking. We are confident she will make a significant contribution as she leads the Finance Department and partners across the organization to support its important public protection mandate.

We would like to thank the senior leadership team at EGBC for the opportunity to partner on this important executive search. We wish Tina every success as she begins this exciting new chapter in her career.

Max Logan – Executive Director/CEO – Society of Notaries Public of British Columbia

PFM Executive Search is excited to announce that Max Logan has accepted the role of Executive Director and CEO with the Society of Notaries Public of British Columbia.

Max brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across strategy, governance, operations, stakeholder engagement and organizational change. He previously held executive roles with SkilledTradesBC and Engineers and Geoscientists BC, where he helped lead both organizations through major legislative, regulatory and operational transitions.

His experience also includes senior leadership roles with Transportation Investment Corporation and the Retail Council of Canada, with responsibilities spanning operations, public policy, communications, customer-facing services and complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Paul Mochrie – President & CEO – Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA)

PFM Executive Search is excited to announce that Paul Mochrie has accepted the role of President & CEO with the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA).

Paul is an accomplished public sector leader with 32 years of service across health care, provincial public service and municipal government. He has led large, complex organizations through significant change, including digitally enabled transformations and implementation of shared services to strengthen performance, partnerships, and continuity of high-quality public services.

With previous experience at Fraser Health, Vancouver Coastal Health, the Health Employers Association of BC and the BC Ministry of Health, Paul brings a strong understanding of BC’s health system and the connections within that are critical to improving outcomes.

During his 14 years with the City of Vancouver, Paul held increasingly senior roles, serving as city manager from 2021 – 2025. He led 9,500 staff delivering a wide range of services, including social services, public safety and emergency response, and oversaw the City’s COVID-19 recovery plan and its successful bid to host matches for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Most recently, Paul has been supporting BC Emergency Health Services on a contract basis, working with the senior executive team on key strategic initiatives.

Jennifer Lyle – Chief Executive Officer – Association of Neighbourhood Houses of BC

PFM Executive Search is excited to announce that Jennifer Lyle has accepted the role of Chief Executive Officer with the Association of Neighbourhood Houses of British Columbia (ANHBC) effective July 20, 2026.

Jennifer joins ANHBC from the Alzheimer Society of BC and Yukon, where she has served as CEO since 2021. She brings extensive leadership experience across the non-profit, health, and community care sectors.

A people-centred, transformational leader, Jennifer has deep experience working alongside community members to effect change. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated an ability to understand and navigate complex, challenging environments to create meaningful, positive impact. Jennifer believes strongly in the values, vision, and mission of ANHBC. Her approach focuses on working alongside teams and partners to align on collective impact, translating shared vision into clear priorities, and deepening organizational resilience.

Jennifer will lead ANHBC into a period of strategic and intentional growth, continuing to support neighbourhood houses and communities across Metro Vancouver.
