Raman Brar – Assistant Secretary Treasurer – Chilliwack School District

PFM is very pleased to announce Raman Brar has been appointed to the position of Assistant Secretary Treasurer with the Chilliwack School District, effective November 3, 2025.

Raman joins the District from the Fraser Health Authority, where he most recently served as Interim Executive Director. In his time with Fraser Health, Raman oversaw 12 Fraser Health hospitals and related community services, and provided leadership in budgeting, financial planning, reporting, analysis, strategic planning, risk management, and governance.

The Chilliwack School District is one of the fastest growing districts in Canada, and will be turning to Raman to support their ongoing efforts to manage their growth in a sustainable, responsible, and student-centred way.

Kevin Eaton – Executive Director – Katzie First Nation Affordable Housing Development Society (KFNAHDS)

Kevin has dedicated his career to providing safe, quality housing for vulnerable populations across BC and beyond. He will bring his extensive experience, which includes work in BC, Nunavut and with some of Vancouver’s largest housing providers – Atira Property Maagement and Lu’ma Native Housing Society – to KFNAHDS, where he will be supporting KFN members in community, providing opportunities for youth, families and Elders to live and thrive in homes that are imbued with the Katzie culture and vision.

Mukesh Maguluri – Chief Financial & Operating Officer – Michael Smith Health Research BC

Mukesh originally joined Health Research BC in 2019, and has recently returned to take on this strategic leadership role. Mukesh was instrumental in supporting the organization through significant change and growth, strengthening the organization’s financial and operational foundation. Prior to Joining Health Research BC, Mukesh worked in various financial leadership and FP&A roles across Canada, the US and India.

Dr. Roger Wong – Vice President, Medicine & Academic Affairs – Vancouver Coastal Health

PFM Executive Search is excited to announce that Dr. Roger Wong has been appointed as Vancouver Coastal Health’s incoming Vice President, Medicine and Academic Affairs, effective September 1, 2025.

In this role, Dr. Wong will collaborate with medical leaders to champion clinical excellence and support VCH’s culture of continuous learning, quality improvement and patient-centered care. He will also play a vital role in supporting the Health Authority Medical Advisory Committee in its mandate to advise the Board of Directors on medical care, quality and effectiveness.

Dr. Wong is a consulting physician with the Geriatric Consultation Program at Vancouver General Hospital, a clinical researcher at VCH Research Institute and a clinical professor in the Division of Geriatric Medicine at the University of British Columbia (UBC). He also recently served as Vice Dean, Education at the UBC Faculty of Medicine.

Zita Botelho – Chief Executive Officer – Fraser Basin Council

PFM is pleased to announce Zita Botelho as the new CEO of the Fraser Basin Council. Zita is a recognized leader in advancing watershed security, environmental governance, and sustainable natural resource stewardship. With over 20 years of experience across the non-profit, private, and public sectors– both in Canada and internationally – she has advanced policies and partnerships that link watershed health to economic resilience and sustainability.

Prior to joining Fraser Basin Council, Zita was the founding Director of Watersheds BC and Co-Director of the Healthy and Indigenous Watersheds Initiatives. Earlier in her career, Zita played a key role in developing Living Water Smart – BC’s Water Plan and the BC Water Sustainability Act, landmark policies that continue to shape water management in the province more than a decade later.

Zita holds a BA (Hons) in Political Studies and Geography from Queen’s University and an MA in Environmental Studies from the University of Victoria.
