With over 30 years of senior financial management experience, she has demonstrated a profound ability to partner with CEOs and executive teams to drive robust financial and operational results. Her expertise spans across various industries, including telecommunications, transportation, and laboratory services, making her a pivotal addition to DP World’s executive team in Canada.

Prior to joining DP World, Jill served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at BC Ferries, where she managed a significant capital plan and led major funding initiatives that secured substantial governmental support. Her strategic vision was instrumental in navigating the company through complex operational challenges, enhancing transparency, and fostering stakeholder engagement across multiple levels.

Colleen Turner – VP, Strategic Partnerships & Innovation – Greater Victoria Harbour Authority

PFM Executive Search is excited to announce that Colleen Turner has accepted the role of Vice President, Strategic Partnerships & Innovation with the Greater Victoria Harbour Authority effective July 2nd/2024.

Most recently, Colleen was the Vice President, Community Engagement and Communications for the Alberta Health Services during the pandemic and led a team of 120 professionals responsible for community engagement, foundation relations/fund development, government relations, and strategic communications. She started her professional career as a journalist, then transitioned to more senior roles including as the Assistant Editor of a major city newspaper. Collen then pivoted towards leadership roles in the academic and health services sectors, leading small and large communications teams. She holds two Bachelor of Arts (Journalism and French Literature), and a Master of Education (Leadership). She is an accredited Business Communicator through the International Association of Business Communicators.
