Christopher Usih – Superintendent of Schools – Richmond School District

PFM Executive Search is excited to announce that Christopher Usih has accepted the role of Superintendent of Schools for the Richmond School District, effective from the start of the next school year.

Christopher will be coming to Richmond from the Calgary Board of Education (CBE), where he is serving as the Chief Superintendent of Schools. During his tenure there, he worked with staff and partners to improve academic achievement and created an environment where every student had the opportunity to thrive. Prior to joining the CBE, Christopher spent 27 years with the Toronto District School Board, serving in various roles such as high school math teacher, principal, superintendent of student success, and deputy superintendent.

Christopher is an award-winning educator who holds a master’s degree in education and undergraduate credentials in mathematics and computer science. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in mathematics education at the University of Toronto.

Lisa Lock – Chief Operating Officer – Stober Group

PFM Executive Search is excited to announce that Lisa Lock has accepted the role of Chief Operating Officer with the Stober Group, effective May 8/2023.

She comes with over 20 years of real estate development/project management experience working with firms such as Concert Properties in Vancouver and Mission Group Enterprises in Kelowna as well as running her own independent consulting company.

Throughout this experience Lisa has gained an in-depth understanding of core development processes including acquisitions, feasibility, municipal approvals, product development, project management, marketing, and sales.

She is known for her strong leadership skills, team building and business acumen along with a proven track record of comprehensive real estate experience.

Clement Lim – Chief Technology Officer – thirdstream

PFM Executive Search is thrilled to announce that Clement Lim is joining thirdstream as the organization’s first Chief Technology Officer effective May 1st.

Coming from technical roots, Clement has worked in a variety of industries including software, consulting, and real estate development. Having first-hand experience leading businesses through transformational change, Clement is joining thirdstream at a pivotal time of significant growth and expansion. In his free time Clement enjoys staying active and regularly cycles and swims. He loves the outdoors and disconnects while hiking and camping.  All the best in your new position, Clement!

Raul Allueva – City Manager – City of Coquitlam

PFM Executive Search is excited to announce that Raul Allueva has accepted the role of City Manager with the City of Coquitlam, effective April 1st/2023.

 As City Manager, Raul will oversee the organization’s broad requirements, advise Council, and execute its decisions, and work with senior management and all departments to ensure effective and efficient service delivery. Previously, as Deputy City Manager from 2019 – 2023, Raul was the city’s second-in-command and periodically acted as City Manager while assisting with the function of the City Manager’s office. As well, he was instrumental in the development and delivery of the city’s 2020 – 2023 Strategic Plan and in negotiating the city’s innovative partnership with the YMCA and Concert Properties. Raul brings extensive knowledge and experience to his new role, having been with the city for 13 years and in municipal government for more than 32 years, much of that time in leadership positions.

Aditi Bhatt – Chief Commercial Officer – Whitecaps Football Club

PFM Executive Search is excited to announce that Aditi Bhatt has accepted the role of Chief Commercial Officer with the Vancouver Whitecaps FC, effective April 2023.

 As a member of the club’s senior leadership group, Aditi will oversee the Whitecaps business intelligence, events & fan experience, marketing & content, partnerships, and ticketing sales & service departments.

 Aditi is passionate about soccer and has a track record of excelling in fast-paced and dynamic environments. She brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and leadership, along with a unique strategic and analytical approach that will help drive the organization forward.

 Aditi previously served as the Vice President and Global Head of Revenue Strategy with Skillz, a leading mobile gaming platform, where she was responsible for managing the company’s revenue generation and growth strategy. Prior to joining Skillz, she spent seven years at Ticketmaster, including her last three as Vice President of Category Management. During her tenure, Aditi helped to deliver multi-billion annual gross sales by leading cross-functional departments in the development and execution of various ticketing strategies. She also oversaw the revenue growth strategy for the launch of identity-based ticketing technology with the NFL and enabled key product changes in response to COVID-19. In the role before that, Aditi created Ticketmaster’s first revenue management function, responsible for delivering dynamic pricing capabilities for resale ticketing.

 Aditi, born and raised in the US, completed her high school in Chennai, India, and has spent nearly two decades in Chicago, Illinois. She will arrive in Vancouver at the start of April with her husband and their son. Her passion for soccer stems from her youth as she helped start the first girls’ team in her high school in India. She holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering, with a minor in business institutions from Northwestern University.
