Shezana Hassko – Vice President, Engineering – Translink

PFM Executive Search is excited to announce that Shezana Hassko has accepted the role of Vice President of Engineering with Translink effective May 6th/2024.

Shezana’s TransLink Enterprise career began in 2015, when she joined Coast Mountain Bus Company as a Transit Engineer. In 2017, she moved to TransLink and has since held the titles of Project Manager II – MRN/Cost Share Program, Director of Infrastructure Programs, and most recently, Acting Vice President of Engineering.

With over 15 years of industry experience, Shezana is a proven transportation leader with exceptional project management skills. She was responsible for the implementation of TransLink’s multimodal mandate on cycling, walking, roads, bridges, and goods movement initiatives, and has also played key leadership roles in our Local Government Funding Programs, the customer washroom project, rail expansion projects such as OMC4, and upgrades at Columbia, Brentwood, Gilmore, and Capstan stations. Shezana is committed to delivering transportation excellence to our region.

Lisa Zetes-Zanatta – Vice President, Clinical Operations – Northern Health

PFM Executive Search is excited to announce that Lisa Zetes-Zanatta has accepted the role of Vice President, Clinical Operations with Northern Health effective July 15th/2024.

The VP Clinical Operations position will provide executive leadership to all Northern Health’s clinical operations to ensure quality patient/client/resident care is provided and that the strategic goals and objectives as it relates to the of the Northern Health Plan are achieved.

Lisa comes from a diverse background, having been raised in New York then moving to Ontario where she received her master’s degree in Epidemiology and Biostatistics. After relocating to BC, she worked for the BC Centre for Disease Control, for 15 years with Fraser Health in leadership roles and most recently for the past 5 years Lisa has worked as the executive director for the Thompson Cariboo region in Interior Health, sharing a border with Northern Health and working on rural healthcare challenges.

Scott Weston – Vice President, Business Development – DP World

Scott brings a wealth of experience in global business development, strategic leadership, and client relationship management, including significant work with Indigenous communities across Canada. His deep understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry will be key to driving DP World’s growth strategy across the country. While a member of the senior leadership team, he will manage and further develop a high performing team all while fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, diversity and collaboration.

Liam Edwards – Chief Administrative Officer – Town of Sidney

PFM Executive Search is excited to announce that Liam Edwards has accepted the role of Chief Administrative Officer with the Town of Sidney effective September 3rd,2024.

Edwards is an experienced CAO, having led Bowen Island Municipality in this role for the past four years. Edwards also brings 14 years of experience working with local governments on behalf of the Province’s Ministry of Municipal Affairs.
