Early Consultation

We begin every executive search with a series of focused meetings to learn about your organization’s needs, goals and culture. After defining the ideal candidate we work with you to develop and implement an innovative strategy to find that individual.

Search Process

Building off of our clear understanding of your organization and industry, we use the reach of our entire team and global partner firms to identify a highly qualified short list of applicants from around the world. We keep you informed of our progress throughout and identify any necessary adjustments as we move forward.

Final Results

After successfully identifying a final list of candidates we perform all reference checks and assist with the candidate offer. We also make a point to follow-up with you and the candidates several months after the completion of the search because it is important to us that the placement is a long-term success.
