PFM Team Volunteers at the Sharing Farm Society

What does a group of office workers do when staring down an “atmospheric river”? Well we get outside in the mud and try our hand at farming for an afternoon, of course!

PFM Executive Search strives to make an impact at the community level by supporting a diversity of organizations that make a difference as part of our  commitment to giving back to our communities, The PFM Team’s Fall Social Impact Initiative was to put on our rain gear and gloves and volunteer with the Sharing Farm Society. During our volunteering session, the PFM Team managed to harvest and process over 1,500 lbs of red and golden beets!

The Farm is run by community members for community members, and is dedicated to providing fresh, healthy, local produce to those in need. The Farm is able to provide thousands of pounds of fruits and vegetables every year to community meals throughout the city and the Richmond Food Bank.
