Recruiting Associate
Florrie joins PFM Executive Search from an employee-owned UK executive search firm Saxton Bampfylde as part of a six-month secondment with the Panorama Network.
Florrie brings experience from her time as a researcher where she has worked on various cross sector senior and appointments and board roles from both the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. Most recently, she has also been co-leading and managing the 38-person strong Research team.
Growing up on a small family farm in the East of England, Florrie has been living in London for the last few years and graduated from Exeter University with a BA in Theology & Religion in 2020. Outside of work, she loves travelling, skiing, and anything to do with flowers.
