Project Coordinator

Carolina joined the PFM team in 2024, bringing years of experience supporting recruitment processes. Having worked mostly in retail companies, she considers herself adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments. As a Project Coordinator, she ensures smooth coordination and efficient execution of PFM’s search processes.

Originally from Colombia, Carolina moved to Canada in 2021. She holds degrees in Psychology and Criminology. Outside of the office, she enjoys fostering dogs and watching true-crime shows.
