Recruiting Coordinator
Carolina joined the PFM team in 2024, bringing years of experience supporting recruitment processes. Having worked mostly in retail companies, she considers herself adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments. She now supports the coordination of end-to-end executive search projects, including research, sourcing, and candidate engagement.
Originally from Colombia, Carolina moved to Canada in 2021. She holds degrees in Psychology and Criminology. Outside of the office, she enjoys supporting dog shelters and exploring true-crime documentaries.
