Aditi Bhatt – Chief Commercial Officer – Whitecaps Football Club

PFM Executive Search is excited to announce that Aditi Bhatt has accepted the role of Chief Commercial Officer with the Vancouver Whitecaps FC, effective April 2023.

 As a member of the club’s senior leadership group, Aditi will oversee the Whitecaps business intelligence, events & fan experience, marketing & content, partnerships, and ticketing sales & service departments.

 Aditi is passionate about soccer and has a track record of excelling in fast-paced and dynamic environments. She brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and leadership, along with a unique strategic and analytical approach that will help drive the organization forward.

 Aditi previously served as the Vice President and Global Head of Revenue Strategy with Skillz, a leading mobile gaming platform, where she was responsible for managing the company’s revenue generation and growth strategy. Prior to joining Skillz, she spent seven years at Ticketmaster, including her last three as Vice President of Category Management. During her tenure, Aditi helped to deliver multi-billion annual gross sales by leading cross-functional departments in the development and execution of various ticketing strategies. She also oversaw the revenue growth strategy for the launch of identity-based ticketing technology with the NFL and enabled key product changes in response to COVID-19. In the role before that, Aditi created Ticketmaster’s first revenue management function, responsible for delivering dynamic pricing capabilities for resale ticketing.

 Aditi, born and raised in the US, completed her high school in Chennai, India, and has spent nearly two decades in Chicago, Illinois. She will arrive in Vancouver at the start of April with her husband and their son. Her passion for soccer stems from her youth as she helped start the first girls’ team in her high school in India. She holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering, with a minor in business institutions from Northwestern University.

John Woolgar – Director, Recreation & Culture – City of White Rock

PFM Executive Search is excited to announce the news that John Woolgar has been selected as the new Director, Recreation & Culture to join the City of White Rock, effective February 14/23.

John comes to White Rock with over 30 years of experience in public service, most recently as the Manager of Aquatic and Arena Services for the City of Richmond, where he has been since 2014.

Prior to his time in Richmond, John spent 24 years in progressively senior roles with the YMCA of Greater Vancouver including Vice President of Operations and Facility Development. John’s first job in public service was with the City of White Rock as a summer day camp coordinator and assistant race director for the Tour de White Rock in 1989.

Ana Mohammed – Commissioner – Teacher Regulation – Government of BC

PFM Executive Search is excited to announce that Ana Mohammed has accepted the role of Commissioner for Teacher Regulation with the Government of British Columbia, effective April 1st/2023.

Ana has been the principal of a human rights and employment consulting firm since 2007, where she worked extensively with unionized workplaces in the private and public sectors, as well as with private and non-profit organizations. She is named on several collective and facilities agreements, including the BC college and university sector agreement, as a neutral third-party investigator and mediator, and has been engaged to do workplace assessments and industry troubleshooting work. Ana has designed and presented many human rights and employment education workshops for employees, union and employer personnel, board members and various executive bodies.

Ana has practiced as a lawyer in the areas of administrative, criminal, employment and human rights law. She was appointed as a full-time member with the BC Human Rights Tribunal (BCHRT) from 2001 to 2006, where she heard and decided human rights complaints as a sole adjudicator, as well as conducted mediations and dealt with complaints at the prehearing and preliminary stages.

PFM Executive Search is excited to announce that Edwina Doran has accepted the role of Director, People & Culture with the City of North Vancouver, effective March 20, 2023.

Edwina is an experienced transformation and people leader who has worked as a strategic business partner in complex organizations both in Ireland and Canada. Edwina has worked across a number of sectors including health care, crown corporations, private sector, and non profit, and has focused on a wide range of organizational development programs, employee engagement initiatives, culture change projects, and equity, diversity, & inclusion.

Edwina holds a Master of Occupational Psychology, a BA in HRM, and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (UK & Ireland). Her technical expertise and leadership experience will help the City create a people strategy that will result in thoughtful programs and solutions that enhance the employee experience at the City.
