Recruiting Coordinator

Ankita joined the PFM Executive Search team in May 2026, bringing over four years of executive search experience from a global leadership advisory firm. She has supported senior leadership and C-suite searches across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on technology. As a Recruiting Coordinator, Ankita supports both the administrative and recruitment aspects of PFM’s search projects, assisting with candidate research, outreach, coordination, and the overall execution of search assignments.

Outside of work, Ankita enjoys exploring Vancouver, trying new restaurants, traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
